It helps to say which phone you use and what happened just before the problem occurred. That shortens the troubleshooting.
Subscription
The subscription is bought and managed in the App Store. Cancellation, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us:
- Cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
Deleting your data
Under Settings in the app there is «Delete all my data». Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 24 hours after the analysis regardless.
